Lesson Make Up Requests...

For all lesson students who are interested in scheduling extra lessons or make ups please complete the Lesson Make Up Request Form under the "Instruction" tab of the website.  Simply submit the form specifying dates, times and instructor and we will confirm availability.  Simple and convenient!
